The room, although not ready upon arrival, was equipped with working AC. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to various attractions. Wow! My stay at this hotel was truly a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms were not ready when we arrived, which was a downside, but once we got in, they were clean and with a working AC. The service, especially the help with luggage to the 3rd floor and the old shower, was a bit weak, but the staff overall was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was not too bad, but we didn't get to fully enjoy it due to a short stay. The dining experience was surprisingly good, especially the risotto. The facilities were decent, though nothing too extravagant. Overall, not perfect, but we had a decent time.
