The hotel provides an amazing experience with helpful and friendly service that truly made me feel at home despite a shorter stay than desired on the island. The room, although not ready upon arrival, was equipped with working AC. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was exceptional with high-quality dishes. Overall, a top-notch stay with minor room readiness inconvenience.

Wow! My stay at this hotel was truly a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms were not ready when we arrived, which was a downside, but once we got in, they were clean and with a working AC. The service, especially the help with luggage to the 3rd floor and the old shower, was a bit weak, but the staff overall was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was not too bad, but we didn't get to fully enjoy it due to a short stay. The dining experience was surprisingly good, especially the risotto. The facilities were decent, though nothing too extravagant. Overall, not perfect, but we had a decent time.
